Your Role at Exoclean
Entry-Level Technician
What You’ll Do:
Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, including pressure washers, ladders, hoses, etc.
Provide hands-on support during all services — from house washing and window cleaning to lighting and shrink wrapping.
Load and unload the work vehicle each day and help keep tools organized.
Return and securely store all equipment properly at the end of each day.
Participate in training to build your skills and grow within the company.
This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in all kinds of conditions. If you enjoy staying active and take pride in your work, you’ll find this job genuinely rewarding. Every project you complete leaves visible results — clean homes, bright windows, and satisfied homeowners.
Intermediate-Level Technician
What You’ll Do:
Support the Head Technician in performing a variety of services including house washing, roof cleaning, polymeric sand installation, lighting and window washing.
Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently.
Work alongside the team to complete jobs efficiently and to Exoclean’s standards.
Assist with training entry-level team members and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
Look for ways to improve workflow, safety, and quality on every job site.
This is an active and rewarding position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can think on their feet. You’ll see the results of your effort every day — from restoring a home’s appearance to completing detailed projects that make a visible difference. If you take pride in doing things right and enjoy working outdoors, you’ll thrive in this role.
Head Technician (Team Leader)
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support Intermediate and Entry-Level Technicians, ensuring every task is completed efficiently and professionally.
Perform all Exoclean services — including house washing, roof cleaning, paver sealing, window washing, holiday lighting, and shrink wrapping.
Take ownership of each project from start to finish, maintaining Exoclean’s standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Step in wherever needed to keep jobs running smoothly and meet customer expectations.
Train team members in advanced techniques and foster their professional growth.
Resolve on-site challenges quickly and communicate effectively with both the team and office.
Take pride in every detail — a Head Technician not only gets the job done, but makes sure every project is completed on time, with precision, and looks its absolute best when finished.
Represent Exoclean on every job site, helping drive 5-star reviews and new referrals.
This position is earned through hard work and dedication. It’s for someone who has built their skills, proven their reliability, and shown real leadership in the field.
